Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from Haru (operated by Hộ kinh doanh Nguyễn Đức Nam) in any of these three ways:

Method 1 — Disconnect inside the app (fastest)

• Log in to Haru → Connections page → click Disconnect Facebook.
• The access token and Page list are deleted immediately. Conversations, orders and catalog stay until you delete the account (Method 3).

Method 2 — Remove the app from Facebook (automatic)

• Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
• Find Haru → click Remove and choose to delete data.
• Facebook sends a signed request to our Data Deletion Callback. Your Facebook data (tokens, Page list, Page message data linked to that login) is deleted automatically and you receive a confirmation code shown on this page.

Method 3 — Request by email (full account deletion)

• Email lienhe@haru.com.vn with the subject "Data deletion request" and your account email.
• We delete the entire account and all data within 72 hours of a valid request and reply with confirmation.

If you are a customer who messaged a Page

Contact the Page directly, or email lienhe@haru.com.vn with the Page name and the name you used on Messenger. We delete your conversation data within 72 hours and notify the shop owner.
