Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Haru at haru.com.vn (the "Service"), provided by Hộ kinh doanh Nguyễn Đức Nam (registration no. 8412496920-001, Cao Bat Lu Hamlet, Nam Cao Commune, Kien Xuong District, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam), you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Haru is software as a service that provides: a Messenger inbox for the Facebook Pages you connect; an AI assistant that replies to messages based on the catalog and context you enter; order creation and management; utility message templates under Messenger policy; and, optionally, reports and automation rules for your own Meta ad accounts. Haru connects to Meta through official APIs and never asks for your Facebook password.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Registration is free; each email (or Google/Facebook account) maps to one Haru account.
• You may only connect Pages and ad accounts you are legally authorised to manage.
• Each account has isolated data; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your responsibilities on Messenger and ads

• Comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Messenger policies (24-hour window; utility templates for transactional content only) and Meta Advertising Standards.
• Do not use Haru to send spam, scams, prohibited content, or to collect customer data beyond selling and customer care.
• You control the catalog and context; the bot answers from them, so you are responsible for the accuracy of product information, prices and shop policies.
• You remain legally responsible to your customers for orders, delivery, returns and invoices.

4. Plans, trial and payment

• Listed plans: Cơ Bản 399.000đ/month; Chuyên Nghiệp 899.000đ/month; Doanh Nghiệp (custom quote). Prices in VND, excluding VAT where applicable; annual billing is 20% off. Prices may change for the next billing cycle with at least 15 days' notice.
• New accounts get a 7-day trial from creation with up to 2 Pages and 1,000 bot replies, no credit card required. When the trial ends, automatic replies pause; you choose a plan or stop, and data is kept for 30 days before deletion.
• Payment by bank transfer, monthly or yearly; invoices are issued under Hộ kinh doanh Nguyễn Đức Nam. AI usage billed by your own API key is charged directly by the AI provider.
• If you exceed your plan's AI quota, automatic replies pause until you upgrade or the next month starts; the inbox and manual replies keep working.

5. AI assistant

AI replies are generated from the data you provide and may be wrong or incomplete. Haru includes checks so the bot does not invent prices or stock, but you should test before activating and monitor the inbox. The AI does not replace your decisions towards your customers.

6. Ads automation and limitation of liability

Automation rules run exactly as you configure them, with safety limits (minimum data thresholds, cooldowns, daily caps). The Service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee sales or ad performance and are not liable for indirect losses arising from your spending decisions, incidents on Meta's or AI providers' side, or interruptions beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the last 3 months of service.

7. Data

Data collection and processing follow the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Facebook or request full deletion at any time per the Data Deletion Instructions. Your catalog, context and conversations belong to you; we process them only to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The software, interface and Haru brand belong to Hộ kinh doanh Nguyễn Đức Nam. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription; no copying, reverse engineering or resale.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or Meta policies, or harm the system, with notice by email. On termination, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation, otherwise by the competent courts of Vietnam.
